Using technology in education has become very common all over the world, the use of physical hardware, software, and educational theoretic to facilitate learning and improving performance by creating, using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources. It covers several domains including learning theory, computer-based training, online learning, and mobile technology.

Multimedia and presentation are already a part of our educational curriculum. We can add a variety of multimedia elements to the concepts; if a presentation is shown instead of explaining theory then it could capture the attention of students for a long time. If your presentation contains more written part then students will lose interest.

Podcast for all our academic lessons can aid us with the teaching process in the long run. Especially, motivational podcasts, interviews and online courses. All the students will be able to watch that number of times and it will also be beneficial for students who were not able to attend class due to some reason.

        Usage of virtual reality

Visualizing is the key to concept building, we can use Google cardboard which provides us to stream videos in 3D, all the students will take an interest in watching any historical place, any time-lapse video or chronological order of certain geological phenomena.

We can reinforce mathematical concepts with virtual manipulative. ‘Thompson Math Notebook’ is a virtual manipulative tool that allows students to understand complex concepts. Students in classrooms will not only be comfortable but excited for hands-on learning as well.

Education is going through continuous change bringing technology into the classroom this improves the quality of education with a higher extent, there is a lot of technology in education ideas available to teach and engage students. However, finding out which one works for students and implementing them will fetch us more benefits, unfortunately, schools in rural areas are still struggling to incorporate technology into their infrastructure.
